If you are in Budapest in November or December, don't skip my guided Christmas markets tour, you will have the chance to enjoy the unforgettable Christmas atmosphere. We will discover the two biggest Christmas markets in Budapest, where you can buy some Hungarian traditional and design handicrafts gifts, souvenirs or you can hear concerts. You will learn about local Christmas and New Year's traditions, Santa Claus, who arrives on 6th December to Hungary. You will of course warm up with a mug of mulled wine and you can taste chimney cake and christmas fondants.

We will visit the St. Stephen’s Basilica and you can go up to the Lookout Tower, where you have a very nice view, You will learn about the history of the Basilica and Budapest.

We will walk along the Andrássy Avenue, which is magically illuminated during Advent time and it is UNESCO World Heritage site and I will show you the Hungarian State Opera House too. 

After the tour you can discover the main shopping streets in the city as they are starting from Vörösmarty Square where we finish our walk.
